Has anyone got the Wavelan PCI carrier + PCMCIA card working on Win2K ?

I've been messing around with it for hours, the two Fujis can see and ping
each other, they can both see the server in the 'Link Test' utility and have
100% connections to it, but the server can't see the Fujis in the Link Test
and can't ping them, the Fujis can't ping it either.

Lastest s/w from Orinoco all round with latest firmware, everythings OK in
the device manager (and the little network connection icon appears OK in the
task bar. All TCP/IP settings present and correct. All wireless settings on
identical (even got the mrs. to check them!).

Any ideas?
