Just a quick reminder that I've preordered the Sony DRU500A  for the e= nd
of the month from www.refreshcomputers.com for 233.38 inc vat (=A37
delivery) this does the -R/-RW format AND the +R/+RW format for maximum compatibility with other players.

The NEC - and + format one is due out soon, and Pioneer's x05 comes out the end of this month/ start of November sort of time.......

But then, in the world of PC toys, the best time to buy is always in 3
months..... :D
