Is it 24/7 access you want, or high-bandwidth?

I think there's a real market gap for a lowish (say, 64k) but ALWAYS ON con= nection.

If you got only 3 neighbours to share, you might be able to make the econom= ics work for an "always-on ISDN" connection type thing (which I g= uess you could get for =A3100/month.)

You've got the space to mount a BFO aerial, after all :-)

Like I say, I want 24/7 connection.  consume seems like a great idea i= f
you're in a reasonably populated area.
