True but thats why AUP/T&C's are *good*. You can specify that you are NOT
responsible for the content, will comply with legal requests/etc. also,
that its a community project FOC rather than an individual responsible.

If all your bandwidth disappears its easy enough to spot the bandwidth
abuse and deal with it accordingly.
