If you AUP it then you have to monitor what ppl are doing to ensure they
do
not break the T&C
If you start getting into the controlling what they do, then you could
be
open for
"You said no porn thru your network. My 6 yr old son just accessed
porn and
is now emotionally scarred. I'm suing you"
or some such thing - ie u bear some responsibility for what ppl do/can do
on
the net.....
