Well actually, 2Mbps between 100 is the same as 512kbps between 25,
yes?
ADSL is contended at 20-50:1 depending on your provider.  Not too
shabby
now, eh?  Unless people are constantly Kazaaing, you'll be fine with
that
many users.  Just firewall Kazaa from the Internet.  Sorted.
