Re: OT road tax and clamping
Errm Standard disclaimer, not a lawyer, just my opinion
As long as the car doesn't go on public highways then they can't do you for
not having a tax disc. Tho public highways is anything roads, paths etc. if
they clamped it and it was on your property then they have commited
trespass in order to do it. Perhaps a big sticker on their clamp saying it
is an offence to trespass..
