Errm Standard disclaimer, not a lawyer, just my opinion

As long as the car doesn't go on public highways then they can't do you for not having a tax disc. Tho public highways is anything roads, paths etc. if they clamped it and it was on your property then they have commited trespass in order to do it. Perhaps a big sticker on their clamp saying it is an offence to trespass..

Pah! Think yourself lucky, I woke up one morning and found a complete tree in my kitchen, neatly arranged. Not only that but it turned out I was married too... I shall never drink Pernod again :P
