The poll has now been closed with a significant majority not wanting 
the meeting to be on a Bank Holiday weekend. So the first decision 
for next years meeting has been made, the date will be 17/18 May 
2003. Mark this in your calendars, it will not change.

In the near future I will be posting details of prospective venues 
with another poll to decide which one we want. When that poll appears 
please do vote, it will be the only time that the choice of venue 
will be up for debate.
