After an unhappy year with Easynet, I recently switched to Andrews &
Arnold "home user light" tarrif - which has self-regulating limits on
daytime usage. I can't recommend them highly enough.

They don't sell up their offering very well - but there are a raft of
extras which I appreciate which go together to make it very good
value for money - including free domain name registration, web-
administered DNS server, news server, mail server, free fixed IP & no
nat, automatic ISDN/analogue fall back which still routes to your
fixed IP and SMS monitoring all for the princely sum of 25.49/month.

Service is rock solid, they'll supply a pre-configured router if you
want, you can track your order status on the web right down to what
the little BT man is doing in the exchange, and their tech support
seem to know their stuff inside out.

No minimum term... but I don't know about direct upgrade from ISDN.
See www.aa.nu for more info.
