I think you need to use different remote codes, but thats it, just a 
setup difference. Not experienced Sky Plus, but I know some of the guys
on www.tivocommunity.com use them together.

If you condition yourself/ SWMBO/ anyone else involved to *not watch 
Live TV ever* then there's no problem.... you tell Tivo what you want 
and then you watch what Tivo has for you. My power up macro sends a 
Tivo-Tivo button press which means the Tivo always goes to Now Showing,
rather than starting in Live TV mode, so there's no temptation to watch
anything "live"

As standard, 2 * 120Gb.... I believe someone has come out with some 
kernel patches to run 160Gb or above (the limit is currently 133Gb) and
there was a mention the other day of an addon development to run 4 hard
discs.... :o

Obviously custom kernel hacks can be blown away by Tivo software 
upgrades..... :S
