No way.. Te power for DECT phones is about 10mW, but for mobiles (GSM) can be 2W.
The wave length is similar with the GSM1800 (DCS) Network.

  Just curious, but do the worries about mobile phone emissions on
  health apply to cordless phones too, or do they use a much different
  wavelength? Thanks.
