UKHA 2003

As some of you will have noticed, I have taken over the organising of 
the UKHA meeting in 2003. The hotel arranged by Stuart is looking to 
be a little risky because of the non-returnable deposit required and 
contract signing this week.

So as part of a requirements gathering exercise I will be posting a 
series of very specific, short term polls to this list. The first has 
just been posted and relates to a prefered date, others may follow 
with a similar small selection of choices. In each poll I will close 
it within a couple of days as decisions have to be made quickly.

Please do NOT start discussions about the meeting here yet, use the 
ukha_meeting group for now. Once we have got a short list of venues, 
dates and other details then they will be presented here for a final 
majority decision.

In the mean time please do take a second or two to answer any of the 
short term polls that are created.
