They do seem to be, based upon reports from a friend who bought from

Lots of Via Eden/C3 discussion there including some PCMark2002 and
Sandra benchmarks of the 533Mhz Eden processor and the 800Mhz C3
processor running with Win2000Server that I posted recently.
