Yup ... A group for the sole purpose of listing the groups that have
spun off of UKHA ... This is bureaucracy gone fecking mad!

All it should need is a gentle "Whoa there" from Mark when he
feels that
a topic is getting out of hand and the application of a bit of common
sense from the members.
