As you say, that would give me a current valuation, without my neighbour
having his conversion.
I would be surprised if they would offer an opinion on the impact of the
conversion on the value of my property, as that could leave them open to a
law suit if they were wrong and I was inclined to sue.
It's not a major major concern - I'm beginning to wish I'd never mentioned
it now - it is simply _a_ concern and I was merely seeking some opinions on
it.......
