Fast24 won't even answer my emails or phonecalls - if I do get someone
to talk to me (at 50p a minute of course) - then I'm just told that "We
are experiencing authentication problems"...

...they used to be superb. Now I can't keep a connection to them for
more than between 3 and 12 seconds and certainly don't get any data
flowing!

I've gone back to my old BT account that comes free with my ISDN now but
150 hours a month will soon go on that one!
