OT: Underfloor Heating

Johns post on tiles reminded me of a question I wanted to ask:

Anyone know of a cheap source of electric floor heating to go under
ceramic floor tiles?

B&Q do one but they are charging =A380 for 3 m2 of the mat and another
=
=A350
for the thermostat. 

That's just seems expensive for what it is?
