OT: Coaxial to optical converters

Anyone know where I can get one cheap?
I have a CO2 but I can't remember where from and don't really want to pay
as
much again anyway (2 x 45-ish to get 5.1 sound more conveniently from
my
Xbox is a bit much!).
The CO2 is overkill anyway, as I just want to convert Coax to Optical -
I
don't need to go the other way too, and I don't need to preserve the
original signal....
