I know it would have to be raised on the basis of a planning issue. I
would
only go to the trouble if I know my non planning concern (ie house price)
is
a valid one, so I'm trying to establish if a) my concern is valid and
b)
what planning grounds I could use to object if a) is correct.

I know _technically_ it is still a semi, it's just a question of whether

buyer would view it as such or not....
Any estate agents out there care to comment?

But if I was insisting my neighbour fit frosty windows then shouldn't I
