The gap isn't changing from what it is now, just that it will be all the
way
up the house and not just garage height.
Granted, it would have made it v.tricky (IMO) to replace our guttering this
year if the conversion was done - but then, not being a guttering person, I
don't actually know if it would have been impossible in that scenario.....
