I know there are some reasonably strongly held views on IBM Deskstar drives=
amongst some people here, but what about any others to best avoid?

Does anyone have any opinions either way on Western Digital?

Only Ebuyer have a WD "Caviar" 80GB drive for just =A370 inc. whi= ch although
could be considered "small" by todays standards, at well under = =A31/GB is
still pretty good value...
