You'd need to classify the second option - is it the entertainment gained from the end product, or the entertainment gained from installing it in the first place?

I don’t know whether or not it’s been done here before, but how about polling as to what feature persons rate as being the most important of HA.

 

Is it –

·         Enhanced security

·         The entertainment aspect (distributed audio/video), home theatre, etc..

·         The convenience and wow factor of automated scenes (electric curtains+blinds), IR control, etc..

·         The efficiency, using smart heating controls

·         PC networking and wireless networks

·         Lighting control

·         And the many more associated areas, which I’m sure you guys can think of better than me…
