If you want to travel a few extra junctions on the A1(M) J7 (about 10 mins
further from Hatfield and about 20 mins from Luton), I know the Novatel at
Stevenage / Knebworth has conference facilities and a pool. Knebworth House
(same A1 junction) has a new conference facility, you could use Novatel for
any B&B requirements.

If you have a family to cater for, then Knebworth house and grounds are open
that time of year and have lots to do for the little people.
