We have now reached enough promised bookings to breakeven on the 
venue booking, so I will be calling the tomorrow. If you are 
intending to come along then please vote now. Which ever is the 
prefered venue at lunchtime tomorrow is the one that will be selected!

Instructions for booking early will be sent out soon, please remember 
that it is your own resposibility to make and pay for travel and 
accomodation. The money paid up front for the booking will only cover 
actual attendance of the event during the day(s).
