I don't know if Steve Prior is on this group or not but Ive just seen a
link
to his website from the dallas weather email list.  The web site
is

and although the documentation is sparse the
use of a prolog rules engine at the core of his system is a great idea
and
would provide a lot more functionality than most system using a hard
coded
rule set.  oh and the MS agent stuff is neat as well ;-)
