When I moved all my HA stuff up into the loft conversion I had the same problem, nothing X-10 worked!

Turned out to be the APC UPS so I "borrowed" the filter from a DDAR and plugged the UPS into that and that cured the problem.

Does anyone have any suggestions on the following.

I've got a CM12U thats been happily controlling my X10 stuff, until
yesterday when I installed an APC UPS. The CM12U now fails to do anything
if the UPS is plugged in and switch on. Switch the power off to the UPS
and no problems.
