Has anyone had any success with an LM15 - Bayonet Lamp Module?

I've just received a replacement for my original which I couldn't get to
work, and the  new one doesn't work either, so I guess I might be doing
something wrong...

It says the default code is A2, so I would expect to be able to put the
module into a table lamp, power on, then be able to control it from
ActiveHome by creating a lamp module icon with the code set to A2.

Unfortunately this doesn't work....

Am I doing something wrong?
