A keypad that sends xAP messages is currently under development.
A device that listened for xAP messages and sent pre-defined serial
command=
s would be a fairly trivial thing...

Don't see why not either using a web browser or through serial
interface.
Is there anyway a keypad could send custom messages to the serial
