One thing to be aware of, is that I have noticed some definite buzzing over
the speakers that I use for TTS, which I *think* is caused by noise from the
PC. - In my case, the speakers are connected to an old amplifier, and the PC
is connectedd to one of the line-in's on the amp.
The "buzzing" isn't really a constant "buzz" (it isn't really a buzz at all,
but there's no better description I can think of), it is a regularly
repeating pattern of "buzz-like" sound, that has 2 different durations,
kinda like: zzzzzzz - zzzzzzz - zz - zz - zz over and over...

This is using the on-board sound on the motherboard. I plan to put a SB card
in there instead to see if I can cure it. The other thing I plan to do is
put the individual speakers on relays and only turn them on as/when
required. - then at least the noise won't be an annoyance all the time!
