Soldering

Hi All

A second post for today! I have to admit to being fairy in-experienced
at soldering but have done a bit in the past. I was hoping to solder
some s-video connectors to some miniature coax for a s-video feed from
the lounge to node '0' BUT these buggers are seriously small! I've had a
bash but am finding it close to impossible to complete! Can anyone give
me any hot tips (Good pun huh!)?

Failing that I have considered soldering s-video sockets to the cable
instead (As these have much longer pins to solder to.) and then use a
pre-made cable to go from socket to source at each end but am worried
able signal degradation duo to introducing additional connections, any
thoughts?

Many thanks
