Unless there is a bloody great Pylon between you aerial and the
transmitter....
.... but a multimeter wouldnt help with that ! :-)

Amar,
If your TV dealer is telling you to check your mains supply because the
TV's that he has brought round are ghosting then I wouldn't check your
mains - I'd check out another TV supplier! I have *NEVER* come across
mains problems causing ghosting on a terrestrial TV signal!
