Hi, Just to say that my meteor callerid unit turned up on friday, and after eventually getting through to NTL customer support, got them to turn the service on. And today - it all works! Finally, lovely callerID, available programmatically! :-) Now to get coding! Thanks for all the advice (and yet another hole in the wallet :) -Dan
