ho ho.
Can I kick your dog to death? or put down rat poison for your cat?

X10 is simply not reliable enough for any situation where an animal's life
is at stake.

In our case, the TM12 Module locked up (we guess) about 2 days into a 14 day
holiday. We came back to an absolutely cooked tank.

The lights had been on the entire time, every surface of the tank was
covered in Algae, and five of our ten fish were dead. particularly
harrowing, when you realise your pets have died because of your hobby...

My advice would be to stick with a mechanical timer. there's less to go
wrong.

Ian.
