Okay, the best I can suggest is to put a Dallas stat inside the steam
vent at the back mounted so it measures the air temp, not the casing!
There should be one on a freestander and chart the temp through a
heat-up/cool-down and then program the controller to respond to what you
discover is the minimum to mean that the temp is safe and the whatnot
and program what you want based on that info.
