Yup and you have to content with latent cavity heat as well as all that,
which is far more stable and does not alter as quickly as the internal
cavity temp and to put a sensor in the cavity means drilling a hole in
the liner. Drilling a hole in the liner means bursting the enamel
coating which could cause rusting on the cavity carcass with the steam
>from machines and where it is replaceable it's prohibitively expensive.
