It will take a while to cool back to room temp, but if you triggered it
on
say a 5 or 10 degree drop then that should give a rough idea.
Although that doesn't cater for when you need to turn the oven down for
the
remainder of the cooking time, so you'd need a wee bit more intelligence
in
the software.....
