Source for cheap laptops?

I need to buy about 8 laptops for work which should meet the following
criteria...

* Be less that =A3999.99 ex VAT per unit
* Be Tosh, Dell or Compaq
* Ship with XP Pro
* Preferably with a screen >14", DVD, at least 256mb of memory &= ; 20Gb HD,
and >1.5Ghz processor
* Nice to haves - Bluetooth, CD burner, decent graphics

Other than going to Dell direct (I have, and their sales team has yet to ge= t
back to me), and via eBay (good choice, but prices no better than they woul= d
be from Dell direct), are there an there any other good sources for these things?
