RE: atn PDA wireless CF Card

I bought one of these when last in the us - works well with a Casio E115.
EXCEPT - If I leave the card plugged in and there is a reminder set for the=
day then the E115 switches on at midnight and stays on until the battery ha= s
expired!  WinCE / Pocket PC does this switch-on thing at midnight and = it is
a right royal pain in the XXXX.
