Wow.. so your saying that they would have known that shipping would take
that long?

Why does the site say 2-3 days (from memory)?

Why did I receive a standard email saying 'your order is being
processed'..... To much effort to add a line Orders from November will
take 7 days?

Thats nice and upfront and honest..

and Dabs shipping is its normal 3 days still.......

And the 33 minutes to answer a call?

Sorry, don't mean to rant, but its a long time since I've had any
trouble with any orders being delayed without being contacted by the
seller...

(Overclockers, Dabs, insight.. even Komplett, who aren't even in this
country FFS!)

Worst service award goes to.... PC World Online!

I'll just stick to using their shops just for the laugh that is the
sales staff.

Jason,

Traditionally, electricals retailers sell as much in the 8 weeks from
mid-November as they do in the other 44 weeks of the year. With 5 times
as many orders per week, obviously delivery times get longer.

About the beginning of December you will probably start seeing websites
say things like "Must order by xx December to guarantee delivery for
Christmas"...

It may be that the Roomba BB is the last one before Christmas - unless
anyone else has a good idea...

M.
