Internet Image Capture to Database

Anyone know of some software that I can use to download an image from
an
internet page every time it changes and save to a database with a
timestamp
for future viewing.

The idea being that I currently upload some security pictures to my
website
and I would like to be able to have some other PC (that can't access my
network say at my brothers) watching the webpage and downloading the
image
for future reference, that way if my PC's get stolen all the images and
not
just the last 10 have been saved elsewhere.
