Hi,

Mainly there are 3 differences:
- the processor (XScale/400MHz for 39xx)
- the ROM (bigger for 39xx )
- the display (trans-reflective for the 39xx series, a very big step
forwar=
d.. the quality of the display for 39xx is awesome comparing with 38xx,
whi=
ch is anyway very good comparing with models from other vendors)

Unfortunately the Pocket PC OS is not optimized for the XScale processor,
s=
o the speed is even lower for the newer models.
