RE: OT PSU's from a PC

Hi,

I've got a dell 100 watt ATX psu sat on my desk, I want to use the 5v
and
12v supplies off of it, but, I don't know how to switch it on - without,
of
course, connecting it to a m/board..

Is this possible, or do I have to use an AT psu ?
