We used to sell the AV10 and, as you would expect from Nakamichi, it was
a
good hi-fi amplifier as well as fine for AV. As I remember the AV8 was
a
down-specced version but never sold for #900, I think it was #700-800
but
I've got a feeling it was missing something important, could have been
DTS
processing. Anyway at #400 you won't go too far wrong but it's not an
absolute bargain and we've found support from nakamichi to be a
nightmare
over the last couple of years.

Hi All

My local RicherSOunds has got an ex-display model of the above AV
receiver for #400, the guy said reduced from #900?
Just wandered if anyone had one of these or had seen one in action?
Can't seem to find much in the way of reviews, most just list the AV-
10

If its a bargain I'll snap it up.
