After a week of finishing off the wiring I started about 6 months ago, I've= now got my patch panels, Video matrix switcher, whole house audio etc up a= nd running. Unfortunately, the space on the A/V room wall, reserved for a f= uture purchase of a sexy display is continuously whispering 'Buy a plasma, = buy a plasma....' :-)

I've not done any looking yet but want a 50" or 60" display that = will also accept high res VGA input (1024x768 or more). The displays I have= seen 'in the flesh' so far have been really disappointing (cheaper models = at Currys - I know - waste of time looking there!). I bought a Sony Wega 32= " TV a couple of years ago and still haven't seen anything to beat it.=

Any recommendations? Ideally budget under =A36000. No speakers, very slim, = looks great, fantastic picture etc etc etc

Paul.
