OK Guys, read on before you fall asleep.

We are gonna put in a couple of screeded floor boxes into the midle of 2
large sitting rooms. The idea is to bring power and data into the fllor like
an office. The advantagee, assuming you have the floors up anyway, are:

5 amp lightong circuits allow you to have table lamps in the middle of the
room next to a sofa or on a coffee table.
Same coffee table can take a video projector
same coffee table can take a (wireless) mouse and keyboard

THE QUESTIONS:

Any one know the max run for a monitor cable - do boosters exist?

Any one know the max run for a USB cable - do boosters exist?

Know a supplier for extra long cables?

Thanks in advance

Chris
