Yup that's what's worrying us too...

Pain in the arse really as they're wanting to be able to secure the
place (if they buy it) with two sets of electrically operated gates
which we need to find out whether they can actually do or not. Plus they
are wanting to convert a whole wing of outbuildings and old servants
quarters into a self contained "home".
