[OT] DVD Player recommendation?

I want to buy a cheap 2nd DVD player.  Anyone got any recomendations o= n the
budget ones (around =A3100 quid).

Would need to be multi region, work with RCE and MP3 playback would be a bonus.  I've seen the Scan one, but are there any in Tescos, Wollies, = Argos
etc these days like this?
