Changing volume of MP3s

Folks,

I don't know if anyone has mentioned this before but I came across 
this program the other day, basically it allows you to make the 
volume of all your mp3's the same ... that means no fiddling with the 
volume on your PC/Rio/DDAR/Audiotron as songs change..

I don't profess to understand how it goes about doing it but it does 
say that it's lossless...

Just running it against my collection (well a copy of) and I'll have
