Yes, I have seen it and overcome it as
well.
I tried a Powermid
just after I moved last year and I couldn’t tolerate the damned
thing,
delays, commands not received, interference…you name it I got it, it
was
close to useless. So I expanded my Zantech IR
system,
slowly, as funding allowed me to and I have to say that it works almost
flawlessly, yes it’s a bit more expensive but it
works!
The Powermids now
live under the coffee table where I think I threw them last in
disgust.

would love to be able to move Tivo, DVD etc else where, but I find that
using a
Powemid causes an annoying delay and is less reliable. Have you seen/overcome this problems
