Maybe costs aren't an issue, but time certainly is. Recently there 
were several emails of ~160k arriving in my mail box. If I download 
up to 200 messages from the UKHA lists a day with lots of 26k 
and 160k as I saw that day, it takes ages on my shed slow modem 
at home !!!!

Quite why these mails had to be 160k I have no idea.
